Canadian Mountain Holidays' Heli-Hiking programs began in 1978 as an opportunity to explore the mountains in a novel way. Strong hikers and first time visitors alike are able to enjoy the wonder of Canada's beautiful and remote mountains, then return to the comfort of our full service lodges. We offer two programs in each remote mountain lodge to suit a wide range of interests. INTERPRETIVE MOUNTAIN WALKING - This program is designed for people who enjoy walking in beautiful surroundings at a relaxed pace. MOUNTAIN HIKING - The main focus of this program is on physically challenging hiking. Each day the group will set a goal - to cover a certain distance, to reach a summit, to hike over a pass or to cross a glacier. With these programs we want you to experience your most memorable summer holiday ever.
